Vitis develops renewable energy and dispatchable capacity – utility-scale solar, battery storage and fast-start flexible generation, sited where your system actually needs it. We study your resource plans, retiring units, and constrained load pockets before we secure land, so when your procurement window opens,
we’re offering a real project at a real node, not a concept. And we keep the commercial side simple: standardized, financeable structures. Long-term tolls, build-transfer agreements, and PPAs – designed to move through your approval process without reinventing the wheel.

A power project starts with a conversation on your land, and we treat that conversation with the weight it deserves. Vitis is a small company – when we pursue a project, the full force of our organization is behind making it viable and making it fair. We explain, in plain terms, what we’re evaluating, what an option means, and what happens at each milestone. We structure agreements so you receive the compensation you deserve – terms that are written down and travel with the project, whatever its
future holds. And if a project doesn’t move forward, we say so plainly. Our projects occupy small footprints and leave the farming and ranching operations around them intact.
