Construction/Facility Operations

All vendor/construction selections are handled by each project’s designated contractor.  Once a facility is operational, hiring decisions are made by facility management.


Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will support financing activities associated with the development, construction, and acquisition of power generation and transmission projects by the Company and will be responsible for maximizing the value of the company’s assets.

They will be directly responsible to develop and execute an asset management strategy for the company portfolio, to encompass property operations, capital expenditures, and development programs. The Financial Analyst will also collaborate as necessary with other members of the development team and senior management on regional investment activities, including due diligence efforts, investment market assessments and property underwriting assumptions. They will have a significant responsibility for, and impact on, the portfolio’s financial performance.

The Financial Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining various project level pro-formas and other financial models, analyzing financial materials, supporting all activities associated with the Company’s debt and equity financing activities and performing all related analytical analysis.


  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in project finance.
  • Power sector or other infrastructure project finance experience preferred.
  • Experience building financial projection and pro-forma models.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent financial modeling skills and strong quantitative abilities
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs; especially Excel
  • Ability to work under the guidance of senior management
  • Ability to take direction, identify problems, develop solutions, and conduct analysis independently.
  • Professional presence and effective communicator, both verbally and written.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication and listening skills necessary to form strong working relationships with all levels of management and throughout the various cross functional teams.
  • Ability to understand and interpret market trends, third party market reports, and operator market competitor surveys.
  • Familiarity with investment due diligence process along with the ability to provide local market leasing assumptions and competitive intelligence.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and quality of work product in a fast paced, dynamic environment with multiple and evolving priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
